Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 cup al dante pasta


  • 1 tomato


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 3 tsp parmesan


  • 1/4 cup pea


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Prick tomato with fork and roast it on gas
  • Peel the skin and blend it to smooth puree
  • Heat butter in a pan and add peas
  • Add puree and salt
  • When butter separates add red chilli powder and parmesaan cheese
  • Add maccaroni and toss it
  • Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves
