Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 2 cup al dante pasta

  • 1 tomato

  • 2 tsp butter

  • 3 tsp parmesan

  • 1/4 cup pea

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

    Prick tomato with fork and roast it on gas

  • 02

    Peel the skin and blend it to smooth puree

  • 03

    Heat butter in a pan and add peas

  • 04

    Add puree and salt

  • 05

    When butter separates add red chilli powder and parmesaan cheese

  • 06

    Add maccaroni and toss it

  • 07

    Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves
