Ingredients
Serves 1
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp olive oil
1 handful pinenuts
1 tsp salt
100 gm pasta ( al dante)
1 handful basil
2 garlic clove
Directions
Blend avocado pulp, pinenuts, oliveoil, basil and garlic together to make smooth paste
Pour it on cooked pasta and serve. Add a dash of olive oil on top and mixed herbs.
