Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 packet Hakka Noodles

  • 1 Capsicum

  • 1 cup green onion

  • 1 cup cabbage

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 3 cups oil for deep frying

  • 1 packet noodles taste maker

  • 1 carrot

Directions

    Heat water in a pan and boil noodles

  • 02

    Remove noodles from water and drain it & add corn flour maida on it

  • 03

    coat maida properly on noodles

  • 04

    Deep fry noodles until golden-brown

  • 05

    Cut all vegetables long and thin

  • 06

    in a Pan stir fry all vegetables and add tamato sauce , red chili sauce and tastemaker to it

  • 07

    Dissolve cornflour in the water and added to vegetables with some fried noodles & cook for 5 minutes

  • 08

    For serving arrange fried noodles at bottom of the plate

  • 09

    Now add vegetable sourceon it

  • 10

    Add some fried noodles on top and served hot
