Serves 4

  • 3 large potatoes

  • 1 medium sized Cauliflower

  • 1.5 cup All Purpose Flour

  • 0.5 cup Rice Flour

  • 0.5 cup Corn Starch

  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

  • 1 medium sized onion

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 piece garlic

  • 1 small sized green pepper

    For Batter, mix all purpose flour, corn starch, rice flour, salt, red chilli power, Ginger garlic paste.

    Start adding water a little by little

    Once your batter's consistency is fine, leave it aside

    Chop cauliflower and potatoes in cubes and half boil them.

    Drain the water and mix the cauliflower and potatoes in the batter

    Once the oil is hot, put cauliflower and potatoes one by one into the oil for its first fried round

    Once all the cauliflower and potatoes are fried, put them aside

    Now take a pan and add some oil and add onions

    Once the onions are a little golden, add chopped garlic and Ginger and add green pepper

    Once the green pepper is start start to getting soft, add all the sauces and salt and chilli power and mango powder.

    Add the food colour

    Now fry the cauliflower and potatoes one more time and make it crispy

    Now add them in the pan with the onion mixture

    Mix it well and serve hot.
