Ingredients

Serves 5

  • . 5 cup Cabbage

  • 2 small onions

  • . 5 cup of capcicum

  • . 5 cup of soya chunks

  • 2 small carrots

  • . 5 spoon of garam masala

  • 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste

  • 2 spoon of jeera seeds

  • 3 spoons of salt

  • 1 spoon of ghee

  • . 5 cup of oil

  • . 5 cup of peas

  • 2 cups of Rice preferably Basmathi

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 2 to 3 Couple of green elichi

  • 2 small potatos

Directions

    Cut all the vegs, onions cabbage, carrots, calcium into large chucks

  • 02

    Add oil to a large pan, and add cinnamon and elichi and jeera seeds till it pops in pan

  • 03

    Then add the vegs and garam masala

  • 04

    Till its completey fried

    And then add water till it boils

  • 06

    Add the washed rice to the pan

  • 07

    Make sure the water is twice the water.

  • 08

    Keep mixing it till it's done,
