Ingredients

  • Mango (Raw) 2

  • Dry red chillies 2

  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp

  • Mustard oil 1 tbsp

  • Salt 3 tsp

  • Sugar 3 tbsp

  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Deseed and cut slices of mango

  • 02

    Soak the mango in water

  • 03

    Heat oil in a pan

  • 04

    Add mustard seeds

  • 05

    Add dry red chillies to the pan

  • 06

    Add the sliced mangoes

  • 07

    Add salt and sugar and fry it in the oil

  • 08

    Add water to the ingredients

  • 09

    Add turmeric and red chilli powder

  • 10

    Add water and cover it for a while
