Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 200ml soy milk


  • 2 baked apples


  • 1 banana


  • 2 dates


  • 20g almonds or natural almond butter


  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Bale apples in the oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
  • Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  • Serve with more cinnamon on top if desired.
