2 baked apples
1 banana
2 dates
20g almonds or natural almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Bale apples in the oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Serve with more cinnamon on top if desired.
