Ingredients

  • 200ml soy milk

  • 2 baked apples

  • 1 banana

  • 2 dates

  • 20g almonds or natural almond butter

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • 01

    Bale apples in the oven at 180° for 25 minutes.

  • 02

    Mix all ingredients in a blender.

  • 03

    Serve with more cinnamon on top if desired.
