In large bowl, add curd, besan, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and whisk the batter slowly.
Add water gradually depending on the thickness of kadhi preferred
Keep the curd mixture for boiling on low flame
Once the mixture start boiling remove it from flame and keep aside
In tadka kadai, add oil once oil is hot add jeera, crushed garlic and chilli, hing
Once the garlic turns brown and starts releasing aroma add this tadka to curd mixture.
Serve this kadhi with rice
