Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 250gms paneer

  • 50gms green mutter(optional)

  • 1 small sized capsicum (optional)

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tsp turmeric

  • 1tsp garam masala

  • 2strands of coriander leaves

  • 2 onions

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1tsp jeera

  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste

Directions

    Fry capaicum n keep aside

  • 02

    Put oil into a heated pan and put jeera,onion and tomatoes

  • 03

    Fry a little and add ginger garlic paste into it

  • 04

    Fry in medium frame till 2mins and keep it aside

  • 05

    After the mixture cools down grind it to make a mixture

    Heat a pan and add a little bit oil into it

  • 07

    Put the paste into it and fry fir 5mins till oil and mixture get separated

  • 08

    Then add paneer cubes and fried capsicum and green peas

  • 09

    N slowly mix it and cover the pan for 5mins

  • 10

    Then add a lil bit water into it n cook for 5mins till the water dries
