Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups maida


  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 cup cocoa powder


  • 1 carrot grated


  • 2 cups whole milk


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1 cup ghee

Directions

  • In a large bowl add all the ingredients except baking soda and milk
  • Mix all the ingredients and add milk as required to make the thick batter
  • Once the batter is made, add soda and mix it smoothly
  • Coat the cake vessel with ghee and pour the batter in it. Let it set for 3 mins before cooking
  • Can add almonds, cashew
  • Preheat the cooker with the steel stand in it. Can add salt/soil for the heat at the bottom of cooker. Water can also be used but should not enter the batter.
