For marinating: 2/3 cup beef diced small
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp vinegar
For keto rice: 1 cauliflower head grated
1/2 cup Yardlong bean chopped
1/4 cup scallions (green onions) chopped
1/4 cup carrot grated
1 tsp red chilli powder (or to taste)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 green chillies chopped
1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp mustard oil (or olive oil)
1 1/2 tsp biryani masala (or garam masala)
Marinate the beef with vinegar, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce for about 1 hr.
In a medium pan, pour olive oil and heat.
Add the beef and fry till it turns light brown.
Add carrot, chillies, Yardlong beans and scallions and stir for a minute.
Pour the egg and stir vigorously. It should congeal into small pieces. Cut up the bigger pieces with the spatula.
Pour mustard oil, then add the cauliflower. Add salt, biryani masala, chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Stir for 3-4 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of water, stir and cover for 2-3 minutes.
Uncover and stir for a minute. The rice should look crispy and not mashy.
Serve hot with cucumber and/tomato slices.
