Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 20gm dahi

  • 2 tablespoon imli chutney

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon green chutney

  • 1 teaspoon grinded jeera

  • 1/2 teaspoon kali mirch

  • 1/2 teaspoon pudina powder

  • 2 tablespoon oil for frying

Directions

  • 01

    Peel potatoes cut longitudinally and fry in oil

  • 02

    Take curd put sugar salt and masala and mix well

  • 03

    Fry potatoes till golden brown

  • 04

    Take plate put potatoes pour dahi imli chutney and green chutney

  • 05

    Dahi ke alu ready
