1.Boil pastas with salt. 2.Then prepare the masala sauce ..Boil 3 tomatoes.Then peel them ..Make a paste . 3.Marinate paneer in a mixture made by curd,salt,red chili powder,crushed garlic,tandoori masala,lemon juice . .4.Then fry them in a pan with butter in medium flame.Flip paneer pieces when one side is done ..It takes 15 mnts. 5.At the same time heat another pan ,add olive oil,then add crushed garlic and fry little ,then add tomato paste and cook for 2mnts and add salt, sugar , tomato sauce,red chili sauce, crushed black pepper and cook till oil seperates ..then pour it to another bowl.. 6.add butter in the pan and pour boiled pastas,fry a little and then add the masala sauce,coriander leaves,adjust salt and sugar ,add cheese and stir ..then add the fried tandoori paneer on the top of the pastas and cover it for 5 mnts ..the flavour of tandoori paneer will infuse in to the pasta .serve hot with more cheese and butter
