In a pan add ghee and makhana saute for 1-2 min.
Now add cashew and saute for 1 min.now take a pan add jaggery and add water
Jaggery is melted now add makhana and cashew powder and add desiccated coconut
Mix it well properly now take a box grease it and pour the makhana batter Place the container in the fridge for an hour to set.
Cut in to a desired shape barfi is ready
