Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos packet of veg hakka noodles


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp sesame oil


  • 1/4 cups tomato sauce


  • 1/4 cups red chilli sauce


  • 1/8 cups soya sauce


  • 100 gms sliced button mushrooms


  • 3/4 cups shredded cabbage


  • 8-10 nos sliced french beans


  • 1 nos onion sliced


  • 1/2 cups shredded finely carrots


  • 1 nos capsicum finely sliced


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp chilli paste


  • 1 tbsp chopped green leaves of onions


  • 2 tsp black pepper powder

Directions

  • Boil 1 liter water with a teaspoon of salt. once water starts to boil add the raw noodles into it. cook for 7 minutes and drainage water.
  • wash with cold water till the noodles cool completely.
  • make a blend by mixing tomato, chilli and soy sauce.
  • Chop and keep all vegetables ready. Take the veggies that you like or are available in your pantry.
  • Heat oil add chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Add beans and onion, as beans take longer time to cook than other veggies.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and saute until they are half way cooked.
  • add carrots, cabbage, capsicum and saute.
  • Add the salt, pepper and sauce blend.
  • Mix veggies well with sauces and spices. Add noodles and mix well.
  • Serve hot
