Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups maida


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 250 gms coconut


  • 1 bowls powdered sugar


  • 1 bowls chopped dryfruit


  • 1 bowls water to grease


  • 2 bowls oil for frying

Directions

  • Knead dough
  • Take kadai put coconut and saute little let it cool add sugar and dryfruit
  • Take a small portion and make small round like roti
  • Apply water on its corner and fill the coconut mix in it and close it and fold it's corner
  • Fry it in oil on medium flame
  • Gujiya is ready to serve
