Ingredients

Serves 5

  • maida 2 cups

  • ghee 1 tbsp

  • coconut 250 gms

  • powdered sugar 1 bowls

  • chopped dryfruit 1 bowls

  • water to grease 1 bowls

  • oil for frying 2 bowls

Directions

    Knead dough

  • 02

    Take kadai put coconut and saute little let it cool add sugar and dryfruit

  • 03

    Take a small portion and make small round like roti

  • 04

    Apply water on its corner and fill the coconut mix in it and close it and fold it's corner

  • 05

    Fry it in oil on medium flame

  • 06

    Gujiya is ready to serve
