Ingredients

  • 4bread pieces


  • 1pc.schezwan maggi


  • 2tbsp chopped carrot


  • 2tbsp greeb peas


  • 1chopped tomato


  • 2tbsp chopped beans


  • 1chopped green chilli


  • 1chopped onion


  • 1/2cup maida


  • 1tbsp cornflour


  • 1/2tsp black pepperpowder


  • 1/4tsp salt


  • 1tbsp corrienderleaves


  • 1cup bread crumb


  • 1cup oil for deepfry

Directions

  • Heat a pan add 1tsp oil put chop onion&greenchilli,sauted .Than add all veggies sauted 2 mints.Than add chop tomato sauted 30 seconds.Add red chilli powder &salt mix well.
  • Add maggi&a cup of water .Add maggi masala cook nicely.Cooked till water desolved .Add chop corriender leaves&off the flame.
  • Take 2 small bowl ,one has maida, blackpepper&salt slurry. And the another has1 spoon maida,1/2sponcornflour paste. Take a bread piece cut the side ,than roll it ,stuff the maggi masala spread the maida paste outer side of the bread.Fold it dip with maida slurry ,roll with bread crumbs & deepfry.
  • Schezwan maggi pocket is ready to serve.Serve with tomato sauce.
