Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 45ml (3 tbsp ) water


  • 10ml (2 tsp ) gelatine


  • 200g white chocalate , chopped


  • 500ml (2 cups) fresh cream


  • 250ml (1 cup ) red grapes plus extra to serve


  • 200ml fresh leaves to serve

Directions

  • 1.) Place th water in a small bowl , sprinkle over the gelatine and leave to stand until the gelatine has dissolved.
  • 2.) Melt the chocalate with the cream in a saucepan over low heat , stirring until smooth. Add the gelatine and stir for a minute to disolve.
  • 3.) Pour the chocalate mixture into a mixing boul and whisk until cooled.
  • 4.) Stir through the grapes and divide the mixture between 4 serving glasses. Revrigerate until set, about 1 hour
  • 5.)Serve with the extra grapes and mint
