1.) Place th water in a small bowl , sprinkle over the gelatine and leave to stand until the gelatine has dissolved.
2.) Melt the chocalate with the cream in a saucepan over low heat , stirring until smooth. Add the gelatine and stir for a minute to disolve.
3.) Pour the chocalate mixture into a mixing boul and whisk until cooled.
4.) Stir through the grapes and divide the mixture between 4 serving glasses. Revrigerate until set, about 1 hour
5.)Serve with the extra grapes and mint
