Mix yogurt, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder
Add grated cucumber, Mix well and set aside.

For the vegetable balls, Mix grated boiled potatoes, carrots, paneer, chopped capsicum, onions.
Add bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Mix everything together And prepare even sized balls out of them, around a large lemon sized balls.
Once ready keep them in refrigerator for 10 minutes
Heat oil in a Pan and deep fried the balls until golden in color.
To prepare noodles, heat 1 liter water and let it come to a boil. Add noodles add let them cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Switch off the flame after 7 minutes. Drain the noodles immediately.
Wash a them under running tap water to stop further cooking.
For flavoring the noodles, Heat some oil in another Pan add onions Ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add other vegetables like beans, carrot, capsicum and saute
Add salt pepper and cumin powder and mix well
Mix the noodles and combine
Jewelled Noodles are ready to be served
