Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 150 gram spaghetti pasta ( al dane / semi cooked in salted water)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp maida
  • 1 cheese cube
  • 1 cup mix boiled veggies ( carrot, peas, baby corn)
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat pan and add butter
  • saute mushrooms and baby corn
  • remove them on a plate and add oil
  • add maida and saute 2 min
  • add 1/2 cup water and salt
  • add cheese and mix veggies
  • saute 5 minutes and add pasta
  • stir it well and serve
