Blanch spinach & make puree of it
Mix wheat flour ,rawa 1 teaspoon oil& pinch of salt to puree
Make a soft dough using water
Boil water in a pan , add 1 teaspoon oil ..make noodles of spinach dough using shev mould & bring it to boil
Cook noodles for 12 to 15 minutes
Stain & let it cool
Chop onion, tomato,green & red chili& corriendel leaves
Heat oil in a pan add jeera,mustard seeds ,onion, tomato, chilles ,groundnuts& cook for 2 minutes
Add salt & cooked spinach atta noodles. Mix well & cook it for 3 to 5 minutes.
Garnish with dry coconut & serve hot
