Firstly fry the panner slightly in refined oil with salt and turmeric powder
Then add ginger,tomato and chilli paste ,jeera powder , half cup water and cook it well
Now add 1.5 cup water and cover it for 10mins in low flame . after 10mins turn off the burner and spread coriander leaves and keep it aside
Now heat ghee in a pan and add kashmiri chilli powder and curry leaves then mix it and fry a bit
Then add this mixture to the panner and ur recipe is ready to serve .
