  • Noodles-1 packet

  • Bell-Pepper yellow-1 small

  • Bell-Pepper red-1 small

  • Capsicum-1 small

  • Onion-1 big

  • Garlic-8 pieces

  • Paneer-150 gm.

  • Grilled Mushroom-6

  • Sezwaan sauce-1 tbs.

  • Tomato sauce-1 tbs.

  • Vinegar-1 tsp.

  • Red colour-1 tsp.

  • Ajinomoto-1 tsp.

  • Chilli sauce-1 tsp.

  • Soya sauce-2 tsp.

  • Salt-3 tsp.

  • Black pepper-1/2 tsp.

  • Oil- 2 tbsp.

  • Cabbage 1/2

  • Carrot-1

    Boil water add 1 tsp.salt and 1 tbs oil add Noodles till then soft. Remove from water in Channi put chilled water after that put some oil mix.

    Take wok heat oil put chopped garlic saute on high flame till then light brown add long chopped onion saute for one minute add all veggies one by one saute for 2 minutes.

    Add ajinomoto,salt and black pepper mix well add chilli sauce,vinegar soya sauce , Tomato sauce and sezwaan mix well. Add Noodles mix . Take red colour in 2 tbs.water add in noodles mix well on high flame add paneer pieces. Mix well yummy singapuri noodles
