Ingredients

2 packet maggi aata noodles (single cake)
4 cup water
1 1 teaspoon oil
1 small capsicum (thinly sliced)
1 small carrot (thin long cut)
1/2 cup cabbage (finely chopped)
1 onion
1 tablespoon oil
3-4 garlic cloves (finely chopped).
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon Green Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon Maggi Masala
1 tsp salt or per taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
Directions
First of all keep the water in a pot for boiling, add 1 spoon of oil also, after boiling the water, add the maggi and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes (do not cook for too long).
Now take out the maggi in a sieve and pour cold water on it, so the maggi will not stick together. Now add one spoon of oil and mix it in the maggi to separate the maggi noodles to avoid sticking.
Now heat the oil in a kadhai, once the oil is hot, add garlic and stir for a few seconds and add onions, add capsicum, carrot and cabbage and cook on high heat for 1 minute.
Now add maggi noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, black pepper powder, maggi masala and salt as per taste and mix all thoroughly and cook for 1 minute and turn off the heat. add chopped spring onion and mix.
Hot Chinese Maggi is ready to serve.
