150 grams pasta (Al dante/ semicooked in salt water)
1 tsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup chopped spinach
1 small tomato puree
1 garlic crushed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mixed herbs
Directions
Heat butter and add garlic, saute until it turn golden .
Add tomato puree and saute.
Add salt and spinach and saute for 5 minutes
Add herbs and pasta and mix well.
sprinkle pasta masala (optional)Serve hot
