Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 150 grams pasta (Al dante/ semicooked in salt water)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 small tomato puree
  • 1 garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs

Directions

  • Heat butter and add garlic, saute until it turn golden .
  • Add tomato puree and saute.
  • Add salt and spinach and saute for 5 minutes
  • Add herbs and pasta and mix well.
  • sprinkle pasta masala (optional)Serve hot
