Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 packet hakka noodles


  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage


  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp veniger


  • 1 tbsp chilly sauce


  • 1 tbsp red chilly sauce


  • 1 tbsp tasting salt(ajinomotto)


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp red chilly powder


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 5 Paneer strings


  • 4 crushed garlic cloves


  • 1 cup water

Directions

  • In a bowl and water, oil, noodles and cook them
  • Later remove excess water and pour chilled water to avoid further cooking
  • Now just spread oil over noodles and set aside
  • In a pan add oil and fry onions and crushed garlic
  • Now add shredded cabbage and carrot and fry for min or two
  • Meanwhile take paneer sticks and fry them later soak them in hot water
  • Now add these panner and add salt, red chilly powder, tasting salt and all the sauces
  • Fry fo 2min and add cooked noodles
  • Mix well don't break noodles
  • Serve with onions and tomato soup
