Boil enough water with salt and oil and boil the noodles till done.
2. In oil saute the crushed garlin and green chillies and saute, now add chopped onions and saute well till translucent.
3. Add finely chopped vegetables and add the sauces and mix well and stir fry on high flame..
4. Add salt and mix well. We had added salt while boiling the noodles so here we have to add salt only for the vegetables.
5. Add the boiled noodles and mix well on high flame. I have used a non stick wok so that it does not stick to the bottom.
6. Serve immediately.
