Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms Veg hakka noodles 
 to taste Salt 
 3-4 tbsp oil 
 1 medium size onion chopped 
 1 tsp crushed garlic and green chillies 
 1 carrot 
 75 gms beans 
 1 medium size capsicum 
2 tsp chilli sauce 
 2 tsp soya sauce 
 1 tsp Schezwan sauce 
 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • salt 2 tsp
 to taste Salt 
 3-4 tbsp oil

 75 gms beans 
 1 medium size capsicum

 2 tsp soya sauce 
 1 tsp Schezwan sauce

  • 3-4 tbsp oil


  • 1 medium size onion chopped


  • 1 tsp crushed garlic and green chillies


  • 1 carrot


  • 75 gms beans


  • 1 medium size capsicum


  • 2 tsp chilli sauce


  • 2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp Schezwan sauce


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs

Directions

  • Boil enough water with salt and oil and boil the noodles till done.
  • 2. In oil saute the crushed garlin and green chillies and saute, now add chopped onions and saute well till translucent.
  • 3. Add finely chopped vegetables and add the sauces and mix well and stir fry on high flame..
  • 4. Add salt and mix well. We had added salt while boiling the noodles so here we have to add salt only for the vegetables.
  • 5. Add the boiled noodles and mix well on high flame. I have used a non stick wok so that it does not stick to the bottom.
  • 6. Serve immediately.
