Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500gm idli mix
  • 2 beetroot grated
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Add jeera, salt and grated beetroot in idli batter and mix well
  • Heat appe pan and brush the appe mould with oil
  • Add batter to appe mould and cook
  • Serve this beetroot appe with chutney /ketchup /sambhar
