350 gm fresh Shanghai noodles
1 carrot , peeled & julienned
2 small cabbage leaves, shredded
1 capcium julienned
2 tbsp ginger crush
1 onion julienned
1 tsp peppercorns, roasted & grounded
6 tbsp black vinegar (for sauce)
4 tbsp soy sauce (for sauce)
1 tbsp chili oil or sauce (for sauce)
To make the sauce, put all ingredients in bowl & mix (for sauce ingredients)
Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water for 4-5 mins then drain , refresh in iced water & drain again.
Toss the Veggies & noodles together. Then dress with the sauce & toss lightly.
Add peppercorns powder. & Serve hot.
