  • Maggi noodles 1 packet


  • Tomato 1


  • Carrot 1


  • Capsicum 1


  • Onion 1


  • Ginger 1 tsp grated


  • Oil 1 tbsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Green chilli 2


  • Wheat flour 1 cup


  • Red chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Prepare dough of wheat flour by adding salt and water
  • Boil Maggi noodles in water add little oil so that it does not get sticky
  • Heat oil add chopped veges till little soft
  • Add salt ,red chilli powder
  • Cool it
  • Prepare rolls of wheat flour make Parathas and fill maggi stuffing
  • Bake over tawa with oil
  • Crispy maggi parantha ready to be served
