Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • **Ingredients of stuffing : 250 gm paneer


  • 1/2 cup chopped palak


  • 1 cup chopped coriander


  • 1/2 cup chopped mint


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice


  • 3 green chilli


  • 1 small piece of ginger


  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp salt **Ingredients of tandoori noodles:


  • 1 cup boiled noodles


  • 1 tsp coriander and cumin powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4 cup corn flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • In a mixer jar take all the stuffing ingredients except paneer.
  • Cut paneer in rectangle pieces.
  • Now marinate paneer in grinded green paste for 15 minutes.
  • In another bowl take chaat masala , coriander and cumin powder , red chilli powder , ginger garlic paste , tandoori masala , black pepper powder , salt and corn flour. Mix it well. Add 3 tbsp water and make a thick paste.
  • Dip boiled noodles in corn flour mixture , then wrap it on marinated paneer. Prepare all the paneer peices like that.
  • Sprinkle dry corn flour over it.
  • Dip fry all the paneer peices in hot oil.
  • Serve it with schezwan sauce in noodles basket.
