Heat oil in a pan and add jeera to it, cook for few seconds and then add carrots to it.
Add the peas, red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, salt and 2 teaspoons of water to it.
Cook for two minutes, slightly covered, to retain the green colour of peas, keep stirring and checking.
When done add dry mango powder and garam masala and mix well.
Garnish with coriander and Serve hot.
Tip- can add 2 pinches sugar , it helps in retaining green colour of peas.
