Ingredients

  • 1 bowl makhana


  • 1 bowl peas


  • 10-15 cashews


  • 5-6 tomatoes


  • 1 onion


  • 1 ginger


  • 1 table spoon ghee or oil


  • 1 tea spoon jeera


  • 1 tea spoon hing


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1.5 teaspoon rd chilli powder


  • 1 teaspoon vinegar


  • 1.5 teaspoon dhaniya powder


  • 1 tablespoon kasuri methi


  • 1 bowl chopped green coriander leaves

Directions

  • Take kadai put ghee and saute makhana
  • Take tomatoes onion ginger soaked cashews and make puree
  • Take kadai put ghee add jeera hing and puree add all spices except vinegar and kasuri methi
  • Add mutter and makhana
  • Put crushed kasuri methi and mix well
  • Add little water cover for 10 minutes add vinegar mix well garnish with coriander leaves
