1 bowl makhana
1 bowl peas
10-15 cashews
5-6 tomatoes
1 onion
1 ginger
1 table spoon ghee or oil
1 tea spoon jeera
1 tea spoon hing
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1.5 teaspoon rd chilli powder
1 teaspoon vinegar
1.5 teaspoon dhaniya powder
1 tablespoon kasuri methi
1 bowl chopped green coriander leaves
Directions
Take kadai put ghee and saute makhana
Take tomatoes onion ginger soaked cashews and make puree
Take kadai put ghee add jeera hing and puree add all spices except vinegar and kasuri methi
Add mutter and makhana
Put crushed kasuri methi and mix well
Add little water cover for 10 minutes add vinegar mix well garnish with coriander leaves
