Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 300g Chinese noodles

  • 1/2 pepper

  • 1-2 spring onion leaves

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 big mushrooms

  • 1tbs Oyster sauce (optional)

  • 1tbs Soy sauce (optional)

  • 1tbs vinagar

  • 1tsp salt

  • 2tsp chicken seasoning (or some other alternative)

  • 1 bowl of water

  • 2-3 slices of garlic

  • 1tbs oil

Directions

    Cut the vegetables

    Add oil to a pot, put the garlic and the carrots, stir-fry for a minute or so

  • 03

    Add water, salt, seasoning, mushrooms, pepper and stir for some time

  • 04

    Add the noodles, put in the sauces and the vinegar and cook for like 4 minutes
