Ingredients
Serves 1
300g Chinese noodles
1/2 pepper
1-2 spring onion leaves
2 carrots
2 big mushrooms
1tbs Oyster sauce (optional)
1tbs Soy sauce (optional)
1tbs vinagar
1tsp salt
2tsp chicken seasoning (or some other alternative)
1 bowl of water
2-3 slices of garlic
1tbs oil
Directions
Cut the vegetables
Add oil to a pot, put the garlic and the carrots, stir-fry for a minute or so
Add water, salt, seasoning, mushrooms, pepper and stir for some time
Add the noodles, put in the sauces and the vinegar and cook for like 4 minutes
