Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1cup Leftover cooked noodles


  • 1 cu maida


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1 glass water or as per required


  • 1 cup oil for frying


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • In cooked leftover noodles add coriander leaves mix well keep aside
  • In bowl add maida salt and little by little water make soft dough .
  • Take one small part from dough roll it thinly
  • Keep it on tawa cook from both sides .
  • Now in between of this keep some noodles mixture
  • Turn it from both sides . Pack with slurry ( mixture of water and maida ) .
  • Heat the oil in pan fry the rolls till golden brown in colour
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup.
