In cooked leftover noodles add coriander leaves mix well keep aside
In bowl add maida salt and little by little water make soft dough .
Take one small part from dough roll it thinly
Keep it on tawa cook from both sides .
Now in between of this keep some noodles mixture
Turn it from both sides . Pack with slurry ( mixture of water and maida ) .
Heat the oil in pan fry the rolls till golden brown in colour
Serve it with tomato ketchup.
