For the Beans:
Heat a frying pan with veg oil. Add all the ingredients in preferred moderations.
For the pasta:
Heat a pan of water and bring to the boil
Chop the garlic clove, ginger, green beans, and any other herbs or additions e.g corriander works well.
Add these to a bowl, with salt, pepper, mustard, mayo and oat milk.
Add extra of the above as or if desired
Add the pasta to the water and wait till soft.
Once pasta is prepped, drain until only a small amount of water is left and add the mixture on a very low heat.
