Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 nos onion sliced


  • 4 nos cloves


  • 4 nos cardamom stick


  • 1 nos cinnamon


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1 tsp garlic


  • 1/2 tsp green chili


  • 3 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 20 nos paneer cube


  • 2 tbsp cream


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper corn(crushed)


  • 10 nos mint leaves


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Saute onion in it till golden brown..grind the onion to Make a paste
  • Take cloves , cardamom, cinnamon stick and the onion paste in the pan of oil
  • Suite them well and add ginger, garlic,and green chillies
  • Mix throughly.add curd followed by cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt and garam masala
  • Mix them well and add black pepper powder
  • Saute and add paneer cube's
  • Pour some cream over the paneer mixture
  • Add water to form a gravy followed by crushed black pepper corn
  • Cover the pan with foil paper and the lid.let it cook
  • Open the pan with simmering gravy and add mint leaves and coriander leaves to it
  • Mix well and serve hot
