Ingredients
Serves 6
Boiled Potato 4-5 nos
tomatoes 3 nos
Green chili 5-6 nos
Garlic cloves 8-10 nos
ginger 1 piece
Cumin 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Degi mirch 1/4 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
Oil 3-4 tsp
Chopped coriander 2-3 tsp
Directions
Peel boiled potatoes
Mash them
Now take tomato, green chili, garlic cloves and ginger
Grind all together
Heat oil in a kadahi....add cumin...let crack it for few seconds and add grind mixture.. mix well on medium flame
Add dry masale and chopped coriander
Mix well and cook till oli remove
Add 450 ml water and cook for 5-7 minutes
Add mash potatoes...mix and cook for another 5 minutes
Potatoes curry is ready
Best with Puri, Samosa and Kachori
