Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 100 gms chicken thigh


  • 20 gms green onion or leek


  • 1/2 tsp doubanjiang or sriracha


  • 1 tsp sesame oil


  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce


  • 1.5 tbsp soysauce


  • 1 tsp salt and pepper


  • 1 nos shredded cabbage


  • 1 nos mayo

Directions

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper
  • Pan fry the chicken, skin side down, around 3 minutes on each side
  • Wrap the chicken in foil and let it rest for 5 minutes
  • Get a clean pan and use the chicken oil to fry the doubanjiang
  • Add the chopped green onion and stir fry for a minute
  • Add soy sauce and fish sauce
  • Add sesame oil
  • To serve, put cabbage on rice, mayo, slice the chicken and put on top of the cabbage
  • Drizzle the sauce over
