Ingredients

  • Thai pad noodles 200 gms

  • boneless chicken 300 gms

  • chicken broth 8 cups

  • shaded carrot 1 cups

  • chopped cabbage 1 cups

  • chopped baby spinach 2 cups

  • chopped coriander 1/2 cups

  • chopped garlic cloves 8-9 nos

  • salt according to taste 1 tbsp

  • black pepper powder 3 tbsp

  • olive oil 4 tbsp

  • corn flour 2 tbsp

  • lime juice 4 tbsp

Directions

    make chicken paste with salt and pepper

    take a clean bowl

  • 03

    now combine chicken with garlic,coriander, salt and black paper smoothly

    take a heavy bottom pan

  • 05

    pour chicken broth in the pan and bring it boil

  • 06

    now make balls from the chicken paste

    add chopped vegetables to the boiling broth

    Now put all chicken balls to that pan accordingly

    cover the pan for 10 mn

    Now add lime juice,salt,peper according to test

    Add noodles and boil it for 6 to 7 min

    Take cornflower in a small bowl add 4 tbsp soup and mix it properly

    now put the corn flour mixture in the pan

    boil for 3 to 4 min

    sarve hot
