Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 drop lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 1 nos handful roasted dry fruits

Directions

  • add ghee and roast dry fruits and crush it
  • remove it and in same pan add milk
  • when it boils add drops of lemon and let it curdle
  • keep stirring on low flame
  • after some time strain / drain water and add sugar to the pan
  • add some ghee and chopped dry fruits
  • let it cook for some time and then serve hot
