Ingredients

1 cup noodles boiled
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp red chilly sauce
1 handful chopped fresh coriander
1 handful chopped spring onion
1 tsp salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Directions
Boiled noodles with a little oil and salt. In microwave for 5 minutes. Check it in between.. Once it is done. Drain the excess water. Transfer to to a bowl. Add little oil in noodles. So it will not sticky
In a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp oil. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Microwave for 3 minutes.
Combine all the mixed vegrtables. Mix....well. Again microwave for 3 minutes.
Add red chilly sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt. Mix...well...Again Microwave for 3 minutes .At last add tomato sauce....Mix......properly.... Again microwave for 2 minutes.
At last add tomato sauce....Mix......properly.... Again microwave for 2 minutes.
Garnish with spring onion. Ready to serve.....Hot.....spicy .....noodles
