A very special and unique sweet dish.. It's so tasty and mouth melting dish .Today first' time I tried to make this sweet dish at home, It's outer layer is made of butter and fillings is same as traditional gujhiya.This recipe is suitable for winters.Method --Take out the butter from the fridge before making of this recipe. Let it leave like this for few minutes. Butter should neither be too much cool nor melted.
Heat a non-stick pan add ghee and roast dry fruits lightly.Take out in a plate
Add Mawa in same pan and roast on low flame. don't roast it too much. colour should not be changed.Let it cool.
Now add sugar and other ingredients in it. Mix well
Now take a little portion of butter on your palm and flatten it. Take a plastic sheet and place the flatten butter on it.Make round shape like Poori with fingers or other plastic sheet.
Don't make very thin layer... place some filling over one half part of butter Fold the other half part over it and press the edges together to seal lightly. Make a design with fork.
Garnish with dry fruits. Makkhan gujhiya is ready. Always Keep in fridge before serving.
