Dry roast suji and keep aside
In the kadhai add sugar and water
Warm the milk and add saffron strands in it and keep aside
Add 2 tbsp of ghee to sugar syrup.
When the solution starts boiling add suji in it
Keep stirring and see that no lumps are formed. Add the saffron milk and keep stirring
Add remaining ghee as well and keep stirring till water is evaporated and the halwa leaves the kadhai.
Serve topped with dry fruits..Enjoy
