Amul Paneer 200 gms
powdered brown sugar 4-5 tbsp
rose water 2 tsp
rose petals, thinly sliced 1 tsp
chopped pistachios 1 tsp
Blend the paneer in the mixie till smooth. Add the rose water, sugar and rose petals. Mix well and form equal sized round balls.
Make an impression with your thumb in the centre and arrange few chopped pistachios. Serve these delicious sweets as it is or chilled.
