Ingredients

  • Maggi noodles 1 packet


  • All purpose flour 1 cup


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Capsicum 1


  • Onion 1


  • Tomato 1


  • Carrot 1


  • Red chilli Powder 1 tsp


  • Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Boil maggi and drain it in strainer
  • Now chop all the veges
  • Heat oil saute all veges for 2 minutes
  • Make dough of all purpose flour
  • Add boiled noodles in the sauted vegetable
  • Mix it nicely
  • Now make balls of all purpose flour
  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Roll the balls
  • Put filling in it
  • Roll it like an envelope
  • Make all rolls like this
  • Fry in oil till brown
  • Fry till crispy on both sides
  • Delicious spring rolls ready to be served
