Ingredients

  • Maggi noodles 1 packet

  • All purpose flour 1 cup

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Capsicum 1

  • Onion 1

  • Tomato 1

  • Carrot 1

  • Red chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    Boil maggi and drain it in strainer

    Now chop all the veges

    Heat oil saute all veges for 2 minutes

    Make dough of all purpose flour

    Add boiled noodles in the sauted vegetable

    Mix it nicely

    Now make balls of all purpose flour

    Heat oil in a kadai

    Roll the balls

    Put filling in it

    Roll it like an envelope

    Make all rolls like this

    Fry in oil till brown

    Fry till crispy on both sides

    Delicious spring rolls ready to be served
