Mix powdered sugar and 1/4 cup of milk in a heavy bottom pan. When mixed, heat the mixture and bring it to boil.
Add a cup of powdered raw cashewnut. Mix well till it turns to a dough and leaves the sides of the pan. Add 1/4 tbsp ghee and mix again nicely on low flame
Off the flame and cool the mixture for 10 minutes. Mixture should be little warm.
Take a modak mould grease it well with ghee and press a small cashewnut mixture ball in it. In centre place 1 cola flavoured jelly . Now close mould tightly. Gently open to get a lovely modak shape. jelly will give a tangy flavour to modaks.
Remove excess mixture from sides and bottom of the mould.
Garnish with sprinklers and modaks are ready .
Now place these modaks in front of Bhappa as parsad or just enjoy it as a tangy sweet.
