Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 3/4 cup curd


  • 3/4 cup sugar


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 3-4 drops of food colour...Red,green and yellow


  • 1/4 cup mix fruit jam

Directions

  • Mix curd, sugar and oil
  • Add baking powder and soda and mix
  • Add flour and essence and mix it
  • Divide mixture in three equal parts
  • Add food colour in each part
  • Grease baking tray and line it with butter paper
  • Preheat oven
  • Now pour each colour batter one by one horizontally
  • Bake it for 10 mins
  • Take out and roll it along with butter paper
  • Meanwhile when cake is baking add two spoon of hot water in kam and mix it so that it can easily spread over the cake
  • Open the rolled cake log and carefully take out paper
  • Keep this cake over another butter paper or kitchen towel
  • Now spread jam over it and roll this tightly with help pf paper or towel
  • Keep this log in fridge for 10 minutes to set
  • Take it out of fridge and cut it into slices
  • Now its ready to serve
