Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups rice flour


  • 1 cups water


  • 3/4 cups sugar


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 tsp seasame oil


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1/4 litre water


  • 1 cups coconut milk


  • 1 tbsp grated coconut


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Boil water take a mixing bowl to this add rice flour and pinch salt mix it now add 1cup boiling water to this and mix well to make a soft dough add oil knead well cover and keep aside for 2 minutes after 2 minutes make small balls keep aside Now bring milk and water to boil when it starts boiling add rice balls don't mix after few minutes lightly mix let it boil for 5 minutes after 5 minutes add sugar and cardamom powder mix now add coconut milk stir and switch off the flame Heat small tadka pan add ghee when it starts melting add grated coconut fry for few seconds add this to Paal kozukattai mix cover and keep for 2 minutes After 2 minutes serve hot yummy and tasty Paal kozukattai is ready thank you happy
