In a mixing bowl take Rava, curd and water and combine all the ingredients well to make a lump free batter.
Add green chilli, onions, tomatoes , capsicum, grated carrot and coriander leaves
Add sugar and salt to taste and mix well
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes or till rava turns soft.
Now spread peri peri sauce on a bread slice, followed by prepared rava batter.
Place the bread over hot and greased tawa.
Also spread butter or oil on the other side of the bread.
Once the rava side bread roasts well, turn over and roast the butter side bread on medium heat, till it turns golden and crisp.
Repeat the same steps for other bread slices.
Finally cut the rava toast and serve the crispy Rava Open Toast Sandwich with tomato ketchup or peri peri sauce
